incove Child Safety Policy

incove ("the Service") applies a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and prohibits it entirely. No form of child sexual abuse material may be created, possessed, shared, or requested.

1. Prohibited content and behavior

The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on the Service.

• Creating, possessing, sharing, or requesting any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
• Sexual exploitation, coercion, or threats against minors, including sextortion
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing sexual content involving minors
• Any activity that threatens the safety or well-being of a child

In this policy, a child or minor means any individual under the age of 18.

2. Core principles

• Zero tolerance: CSAE-related content and conduct are prohibited without exception.
• Minimum age: The Service may only be used by people aged 14 or older, or older where the law of the user's country of residence requires it (15 or 16 in some countries, including parts of the European Economic Area). If we confirm use below the minimum age requirement, we delete or deactivate the account.
• Closed by design: There is no public feed, discovery, or stranger matching, so content does not circulate outside the group.

3. Actions on detection

When child sexual abuse material is reported or detected, we take the following actions.

1. We immediately block the content from being shown.
2. If a violation is confirmed, we delete the content and preserve the relevant evidence.
3. We report it to law enforcement and the relevant authorities (for other jurisdictions, NCMEC or the equivalent body).
4. We suspend the account and restrict re-registration.

4. How to report

• In the app, use the ⋯ menu → Report → "Child sexual abuse & exploitation" on the video, message, user, or group in question. The content is blocked on receipt and reviewed by our team as a priority (target: within 24 hours).
• For out-of-app reports or urgent matters, you can reach us at our contact channel.

5. External reporting bodies

If you encounter child sexual abuse material, you can also report it to the following bodies.

• Korean National Police (112)
• Korea Communications Standards Commission — digital sex crime reporting (1377)
• For other jurisdictions, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States or the equivalent body in your region

6. Continuous improvement

We continuously review and improve our reporting tools, review processes, and technologies for detecting and preventing abusive behavior.

7. Compliance

This policy supports compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards and applicable laws (such as the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses). Violations result in the actions above and legal measures. Child-safety inquiries can be sent to safety@incove.app.
