incove Child Safety Policy

incove ("the Service") applies a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and prohibits it entirely. No form of child sexual abuse material may be created, possessed, shared, or requested.

The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on the Service.

In this policy, a child or minor means any individual under the age of 18.

When child sexual abuse material is reported or detected, we take the following actions.

  1. We immediately block the content from being shown.
  2. If a violation is confirmed, we delete the content and preserve the relevant evidence.
  3. We report it to law enforcement and the relevant authorities (for other jurisdictions, NCMEC or the equivalent body).
  4. We suspend the account and restrict re-registration.

7. Compliance
