There are no public likes. People inside your circle can leave an emoji on a video, but it never leaves the circle, and with no followers there is no way to grow the number. Nothing to grow means nothing to chase.
No ranking, no recommendations, no resurfacing. Your timeline runs in the order things were captured, and nothing reorders it by engagement — there are no view or reaction counts to rank on. There's no discovery surface at all, so there's nothing for a model to optimise for engagement.
